In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on dgw188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dgw188 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Residency & Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person of legal capacity in your jurisdiction of residence. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Members.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of dgw188 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active account on dgw188. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion request on dgw188 or any affiliated platform.

To access the full functionality of dgw188, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred bank account details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dgw188 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to safeguard your password.
• You must notify dgw188 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Account sharing — permitting any other person to access or use your account — is strictly prohibited. All activity carried out through your account is your sole responsibility.
• dgw188 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

dgw188 is committed to responsible platform operation and the prevention of money laundering, fraud, and underage access. Accordingly, all Members are required to complete identity verification prior to processing withdrawals or accessing VIP-tier features.

• Acceptable identity documents include a valid national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license issued by the relevant Indonesian authority. Documents must be current, legible, and not expired.
• Proof of payment method may be requested, including a photograph of your registered bank account statement or e-wallet registration screenshot, to confirm ownership of the withdrawal channel.
• dgw188 may request additional documentation at any time where there are reasonable grounds to verify your identity, source of funds, or account activity.
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified by dgw188 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
• All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

dgw188 accepts deposits via a range of Indonesian payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your VIP membership tier and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time for most bank-transfer and e-wallet methods. dgw188 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending financial institution.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• dgw188 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dgw188 accepts no responsibility.

dgw188 is committed to processing Member withdrawals promptly. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by membership tier and are detailed in the VIP program documentation.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the details on file with dgw188. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Members must have completed KYC verification before submitting a withdrawal request. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity checks.
• dgw188 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for the majority of verified withdrawal requests. Larger withdrawals or those requiring compliance review may take up to 2 hours.
• dgw188 reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly where the request is unusually large or account activity suggests irregular patterns.
• Bonus Funds may not be directly withdrawn. Only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.

dgw188 periodically offers promotional bonuses, cashback schemes, free spins, and reload incentives to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion has its own specific eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period. These are published on the promotion detail page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be voided if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit from the date the bonus was credited.
• dgw188 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a Member's eligibility for a bonus where there is evidence of abuse, multiple-account exploitation, or wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only. Each Member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's full terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on dgw188. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of this Agreement:

• All bets placed on dgw188 are final once confirmed by the system. dgw188 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest Errors: dgw188 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were posted due to a manifest error — including obvious price errors, incorrect event details, or system malfunctions. Affected Members will be notified and their stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical interruption affecting a live game or sporting event, dgw188 will apply the relevant rules published for that product to settle or void the affected bet as appropriate.
• dgw188 offers mix parlay (accumulator) betting across sportsbook markets. All legs of a mix parlay must be settled as winners for the full accumulator to pay out. If one leg is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed in the bet-placement interface at the time of wagering.
• RNG-based casino games — including slots, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generators. All outcomes are independent of prior results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dgw188. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or colluding with another Member to circumvent account limits or bonus policies.
• Using any automated bot, script, or software tool to place bets, interact with games, or access account information without prior written authorization from dgw188.
• Any form of match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation specifically targeting systematic errors, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting obligations, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to dgw188 at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform's systems or network infrastructure.

All content on the dgw188 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and structural design — is either owned by or licensed to dgw188 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from dgw188 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dgw188's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• dgw188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
• dgw188 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or entirely secure. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
• dgw188 accepts no liability for losses arising from Force Majeure events, third-party payment-system outages, or internet connectivity failures beyond our direct control.
• Members acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that dgw188 makes no representation as to the likelihood of winning. All bets are placed at the Member's own risk.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by dgw188's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

dgw188 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity-verification providers, and fraud-detection partners only where strictly necessary to deliver our services and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

dgw188 is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment. We provide a range of self-management tools that Members may activate at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your account.
• Session Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your ability to log in for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gambling balance.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid law-enforcement or regulatory directive requiring account closure or funds freeze.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon account closure for reasons not related to Member fault or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

dgw188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email and/or an on-screen notification upon next login.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which dgw188 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall limit dgw188's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent or remedy a breach of these Terms.
