Security Measures
dgw188 implements a layered set of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and dgw188 servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols. The padlock in your browser confirms this protection is active during your session.
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive Personal Data — including financial records and identity document files — is stored in encrypted form in our database infrastructure.
- Access Controls: Access to systems holding Personal Data is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced via role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
- Intrusion Detection & Monitoring: Our infrastructure is continuously monitored for unauthorized access attempts, anomalous traffic patterns, and indicators of compromise. Security alerts are triaged by a dedicated operations team 24/7.
- Penetration Testing: dgw188 commissions regular third-party penetration tests of our platform and supporting infrastructure to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
- Incident Response: In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting your Personal Data, dgw188 will notify affected Members and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law, and will take immediate steps to contain the incident and prevent further unauthorized access.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
dgw188 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, and analyze usage patterns. The categories of cookies we use are:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for core platform functionality, including session authentication, load balancing, and security token management. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking basic Platform features.

- Fraud Prevention Cookies: Used by our security and fraud detection systems to identify device fingerprints and flag account activity inconsistencies associated with unauthorized access or multi-accounting.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the dgw188 Platform. Disabling analytics or functional cookies will not prevent you from using core services.

Minors
dgw188 is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store Personal Data relating to any individual under the age of 21. Our KYC process is specifically designed to identify and reject registrations by underage individuals before they can access any Platform feature.
If dgw188 discovers or is notified that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data, void any associated account activity, and return any funds deposited — net of any withdrawal already processed — in accordance with our underage-account closure procedure.
⚠ 21+ Only: If you are aware that an individual under 21 has registered on dgw188, please contact our support team immediately so we can take prompt action.
14
Third-Party Links & Services
The dgw188 Platform may reference or display content from third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) whose software is embedded within the Platform under license. While these integrations are subject to our security requirements, the privacy practices of these studios are governed by their own policies and are independent of this dgw188 Privacy Policy.
dgw188 accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices, security standards, or content of any external websites or services that are not operated by dgw188. We do not link to external websites from the main navigation or footer of this Platform.
15
Policy Amendments
dgw188 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data-processing practices, applicable law, or platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email and/or an in-platform notification at next login, clearly identifying what has changed and when the revised Policy takes effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may exercise your right to erasure or account closure by contacting our support team before the effective date.
We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
